Mike White serves as CEO of BluHorn Media Buying and Planning Software, which serves hundreds of agencies globally and assists them in the planning, purchasing and execution of media strategies for their clients.
Mike has worked in almost all media and advertising agency positions and has founded and grown several companies since moving to Jacksonville Florida in 2001.
Mike grew up in Taylorville, IL, a small town outside of Springfield. He began his career in Peoria, IL, with Cromwell Radio Group and was recruited to Jacksonville in 2001 as an account manager with Cox Radio Group. An early adopter of integrated marketing, promotion and public relations strategies, he left Cox in late 2002 to start CFM with the goal to ensure clients’ success by partnering with them to conceive and execute their overall sales and marketing strategies.
Mike’s personal vision for working with others to improve and build a vibrant community is reflected in the team members he has chosen to work with him at CFM. As a result, CFM is able to maintain its financial strength while offering its expertise and its services at specially discounted rates to various non-profits in the region. He is personally involved in various community and service organizations.
Mike, an Eagle Scout, continues his relationship and support for the Boy Scouts of America; serving on the Executive Board and on the Executive Committee as Vice President of At-Risk Youth. He has also hosted a Marketing Explorer post for 9th and 10th-grade students to learn about the marketing industry. White is also a proud member of the Hands On Jacksonville Board, the Greater Jacksonville USO Board of Directors, Meninak Board of Directors and Synovus Bank Advisory Board. Mike is a past board member of the Jacksonville Chamber of Commerce Board of Governors, the Southside Business Men’s Club Board of Governors, and The University Club Governing Board. He is a graduate of Leadership Jacksonville’s Class of 2011 and is also a staunch supporter of the Big Brother/Big Sister organization and remains in close contact with his Little Brother of 16 years.

Arthur has enjoyed a successful career as an entrepreneur and digital marketing specialist. He helped found StallionMexSearch, a startup devoted to encouraging global conversations about online engagement and digital interactions for Quarter Mile Horses. As a Business Development Manager for Pocket Full of Gems, he expanded the customer base by improving the company’s online visibility. As a SEO Specialist for Web.com, he mastered Web development, E-commerce, On-Site and Off-Site SEO Strategies where he successfully managed 90+ accounts, increasing their online visibility and improved their organic rankings, resulting in growth of sales of their products/services. Specializing in Digital Marketing gave him the knowledge and tools to be an effective well-round entrepreneur and manager.
Nowadays, Arthur is responsible of managing the elite digital team at Client Focused Media. His main role is to develop and implement effective creative strategies to increase online visibility, brand awareness, and sales for high-end clients.
He has drawn on his international business studies and experience to help these companies achieve their business goals.
Fluent in three languages, Arthur acquired his Bachelor of International Business Engineering from Universidad TecMilenio in his native country, Mexico. He went on to earn his MBA from the University of North Florida, where he also participated in an international exchange program at the University of Hertfordshire, England.
Vice President Client Success
Tamara Taylor, Vice President of Customer Success at BluHorn, brings over eleven years of web-based application development expertise and eight years of customer service and support experience to the team.
She has worked in numerous areas of web development throughout her career, including user-interface design, back-end application development, and mobile application design/development. In addition, she’s spent half of the last eight years in customer support management directly assisting customers; overseeing the customer support process, providing both one-on-one and group trainings; and installing both custom and standard software applications on Windows, iOS, and Android devices.
Tamara’s education includes a bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida (Gainesville) and a master’s degree in business administration from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University (Tallahassee). She is a married mother of two teenage daughters who are readily immersed in theater and film. She enjoys biking, running, and tennis in her free time.

Vice President of Operations
Marie Boian-Meyer has been with BluHorn since the purchase of the software in 2013. Being a part of the journey that BluHorn has taken from basic insertion order generation to a fully integrated media buying solution has been extremely exciting and rewarding.
Before joining the team, Marie spent 10 years as a media buyer in the nation’s third largest media market; Chicago. After working for nearly a decade in Chicagoland’s two largest automotive ad agencies, she wanted to have a role in making a planner and buyer’s life easier and more efficient. Her love of organization, critical thinking skills, and desire to help people have made BluHorn the perfect work environment.
Marie earned her degree in Broadcast Communication from Bradley University in Illinois.
Marie enjoys spending time with her husband and four children, as well as serving on the school PTO board and volunteering in community theatre.
Vice President, Software Architect at BluHorn
Wes Benwick attended Florida State University and earned a Bachelor of Computer Science. After working at Client Focused Media for several years as the Chief Technology Officer, he took on the role as vice president and software architect at BluHorn Media Buying and Planning Software in 2017.
Anne Ackerson graduated from Saint Louis University with a Master of Arts in Communication Sciences and Disorders.
After graduation, she had the opportunity to move around the United States, living in Saint Louis, Missouri, Pensacola, Florida, Oak Harbor, Washington, New Bern, North Carolina, Monterey, California, Omaha, Nebraska, Yuma, Arizona, and Stafford, Virginia.
Anne previously worked with children with a variety of abilities, assessing receptive and expressive speech and language skills and providing intervention. In this role, she had the opportunity to collaborate with parents, teachers, and administrators.
Her hobbies include exploring new areas, hiking, running, reading, and spending time with her husband and three kids.
